(Do not return them in soft packaging, ie padded bags, Jiffy bags, plastic sacks, brown paper etc). Items returned with crushed display boxes are no longer re-saleable and will not be accepted. We suggest you retain the outer cardboard postal packaging for re-use until you are satisfied with the garment.Use a method of delivery which provides compensation in the case of loss or damage, they are your responsibility until we receive them.
